Oak links project investors will soon be receiving a letter from S&D International Group about the offer on the Project. The decision will be finalized upon the voting results we receive from our clients.

A letter has been sent to all the investors in that particular project. As you will recall we need a 60% majority vote in order to sell. So far of the replies received we are running over 90% in favour of selling. Once we have agreed to sell the purchaser will have 30 days to execute due diligence and if all goes ahead the deal should close at the end of August.
The following Maps show that all S&D projects are planned in the development plan policy for the City of Leduc on schedule. This plan is the latest to date from the City of Leduc, dated on November 14, 2011.
